Kings Mountain Art Fair is known for its peaceful and stunning redwood forest setting, high quality artwork, and the friendly atmosphere created by the 100 volunteer staff of local residents. All art is original and made by the artists who personally exhibit at the show. Featuring over 135 juried artists in a variety of mediums, scattered through the redwood forest.Proceeds from the Art Fair go back to the community, still supporting the Kings Mountain Volunteer Fire Department, which responds to more than 300 emergencies a year (including last year's Skeggs fire), and the Kings Mountain Elementary School, a 3room school for grades K5.
